The beachfront view was stunning and made our stay really special, though we

found the mattress to be uncomfortably hard. The staff were friendly, and the location kept us entertained with nearby activities, yet the noise from a party next door made it difficult to relax at times.

Great beach access for families.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable, which made it hard to sleep through the night. To make matters worse, someone knocked on our door twice in the middle of the night, claiming to be from guest services, but we didn't see anyone. That completely ruined our chances of getting a good night's rest. This stay did not meet my expectations at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront resort! The pools were clean and beautiful, making it easy to let the kids splash around while we relaxed. One of the highlights was enjoying delicious meals at the onsite restaurant. The friendly staff really made us feel at home.

In my wife’s opinion, the pools need to be heated. Our kids wanted to swim more, but they found the water too chilly. It would be great if the hotel considered adding heating to make it more family-friendly year-round.

I recently spent 3 nights in a great Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds, and I loved relaxing by the swimming pool and enjoying the beachfront access. Watching the sunset while chilling in the jacuzzi was such a highlight for me! The only downside was wearing those waterproof wristbands, but they were necessary for the amenities. Pro tip, make sure to squeeze in some beach time! 🌅

Families need to plan ahead for a decent stay

The hotel had a great location right by the beach and the staff were friendly enough. One thing that stood out was the heated pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day!

It wasn't cheap, but honestly, it wasn't TOO bad either.

It was just a balanced option for a short visit in Puerto Penasco with very good value for money. The view from the balcony was nice though. Be prepared for some noise around the pool area.

I stayed in a Deluxe Double Room with Two Double Beds for 3 nights. The room had a good size fridge and microwave, which was handy. It was clean overall, but the carpet was bubbled and felt cheap. The A/C started dripping water after a couple of days, which was annoying. Also, I noticed some roaches on the ground floor—definitely not cool. Despite that, the views from the room were stunning. The decor could use an update though.

From my double room with balcony, I enjoyed very nice ocean views. The pools were nice, but I preferred relaxing on the beachfront.

The views were fine from my beautiful double room. The staff provided excellent service. The location was perfect for beach activities. My room was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway! 🌅
